Vintage Home Boutique
My paintings are currently up at Vintage Home Boutique at 710 St. Clair West Toronto. A mix between Toronto Street Scenes and Bar paintings are on display. I will be bringing all of my new Toronto streetcar paintings up to the store as I complete them. I tweet all of my works in progress if you would like to see the painting take form. All new works are also posted on my Facebook artist page if you would like to preview some of the paintings coming up to the store. On Saturday December 2nd and Saturday December 16th I will be up at the store with some prints. If you would like to pre-order prints please contact me.
Upcoming Solo Exhibition - Iconic Toronto
This collection of oil paintings are of Toronto's streetcars, Massey Hall, Honest Ed's and various other spots in Toronto that people almost always have a story to tell me of. These works have a strong emphasis on colour, light and reflection. The show will be on Saturday April 15th 2017 at Peter MacKendrick Gallery at Wychwood Barns in Toronto from 1pm - 6pm. However the doors of the gallery will open at 10am. The gallery is located at the north east corner of the Barns on Wychwood Ave and Benson Ave. If you are unable to attend, I will be there from 10am-6pm on Sunday April 16th 2017. There will also be various framed prints available for purchase at the time of the show.

My paintings are currently up at The Vintage Home Boutique at 710 St. Clair West in Toronto. Some of the paintings on my website are in the store. I am also working on a series of Toronto bar and cafe paintings which will also be displayed in the store over the next few months. I tweet each layer of the paintings I work on so you can watch them take form. I am working on commissions for the months of May and June. Then I will begin the new Bar Collection. They will be very much in the style of the Weslodge Bar on the Home Page. My goal is to capture the glow of the evening out with a strong emphasis on light and colour. We are planning a show with this new collection (postponed from September 29th )for Thursday Novemeber 3rd 2016 from 6pm- 10pm at the store.
Upcoming Solo Exhibition
> My upcoming show titled "Stepping Out In Toronto" will be at Peter MacKendrick Gallery, Wychwood Barns on Saturday April 16th 2016. Stepping Out in Toronto is a collection of oil & acrylic paintings of streetcars, bars, cafes and nightlife all set in the city. This collection has a strong emphasis on colour and shadow vs. light. Originals and prints will be available to purchase and take home the day of the show.

I will be bringing up new paintings every week with an emphasis on Streetscenes and Streetcars on St. Clair. It will be a mix of vintage streetcars and current along with a mix of abstract and real. I am also working on a series of Toronto bar and cafe paintings which will also be displayed in the store. I tweet each layer of the paintings I work on so you can watch them take form. Amy painting live for Nuit Blanche
Amy Walsh-Harris created an original landscape painting in one evening before a live audience as a part of
Toronto's Nuit Blanche celebrations.
The Park Hyatt Toronto displayed many of her other works around the hotel for the event.
Amy exhibited a collection of Toronto street scenes and landscapes at the Impressions Gallery in November and December of 2008.
Impressions Art Gallery is at 102 Yorkville Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
