12"/12", oil on canvas with a one inch facing black wooden floater frame of The Arlington Hotel in Paris, Ontario at sunset. I loved working on the sky and the contrasting colours in this piece. It was during the pandemic where outdoor dining was just reinstated and I came out that night to take photos to be reinspired. After all of that time in lockdown it was almost magical to see people out on patios and live music playing from the Arlington heard on the street.
